Q. Why am I being charged Sales Tax? I thought Internet sales were tax-exempt.
A. Internet sales are not specifically exempt from sales & use taxes. 4 Kids Playroom is required to collect tax on merchandise sold via the Internet  to Kansas residents. The appropriate taxes (based on the "ship to" location) will be added to your order. This dollar amount will be reflected on your Order Summary screen. Shopping Cart cannot accommodate purchases made by a tax exempt organization. Please contact your Costumerservice@4kidsplayroom.com  to place these orders.

Q. How do I pay for an order I place on a 4kidsplayroom.com Shopping Cart? 
A.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through PayPal and check or money order.
PayPal accounts MUST be verified PayPal accounts or your order will not ship. Orders paid by check will be delayed up to one week so we can verify the funds are available in your checking account. Pending PayPal payments may also be delayed until the payment clears.

Q. How long does shipping take?
A. UPS ground please allow 7-10 business days
US Postal please allow 7-14 business days
 
Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. The above times are estimates from the day you place your order.

Q.  What is "May Require Additional Freight Charge?"
You may notice that some large or heavy items say "May Require Additional Freight Charge" in the item description. These items are oversized or heavy and cost us more to ship.

Q. Can I split an order and send it to two different addresses?
A. At this time, we are unable to split an order for shipping to different addresses. However, you may submit multiple orders.

Q. How will I know that my order has been received and is being processed?
A. You'll receive an order acknowledgment by E-mail once it's received. Orders leave our Distribution Center  within 1 to 2 days of receipt.

Q. What if I need to return a product that I purchased through 4kidsplayroom.com?
A. Any defective  product will be replaced at absolutely no cost to you. Our product warranty applies to manufacturer’s defects and excludes damage due to misuse or mishandling.
 
In addition, 4 Kids Playroom backs every product with an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, we’ll exchange your purchase or issue a refund at any time.  You have our word on it!
